Dear Fresh member,

The new year has begun and we are looking forward to working with you and making it another great year and achieving your athletic goals.

In this newsletter we tell you a bit more about the new group classes, inflation and our colleague Jamie who joins the team of Noord.

First, we’d like to start by thanking you for supporting Fresh over the last few months and years. We are very grateful for that.
Fresh has had the toughest time in our 18 years of existence. The corona time was an unprecedented challenge where we worked very hard to keep all of our customers happy. Just when the weather started to pick up we faced a new challenge. Inflation! Inflation has risen above 10% in the last few months, the cost of energy many times more.
In recent weeks we have been able to look very carefully at what areas we can save so that we can arrive at an inflation rate lower than that 10%. Because of the savings we have been able to limit inflation to 4 to 5 euros per Personal Training/subscription.
Of course this is not nice news but we hope for your understanding. 🙏 If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us, Fresh is here for you!

Meet Jamie!

Hi everyone!

My name is Jamie. I will be giving Personal trainings for fitness and Kickboxing as well as the HIIT classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Excited to see you all!
I have started my journey as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor since 2015 as a student job. Throughout the years, I could not imagine myself doing anything else for a living. I have then decided to combine my knowledge in Neuroscience and psychology along with sports to help clients manage anxiety and depression, eating disorders as well as some neurodegenerative diseases such as neurosis and Multiple Sclerosis through training. In addition to that, my aim is to help the clients I encounter achieve their personal fitness goals, wether it includes strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, kickboxing, or agility and endurance for sports.
My approach to training focuses mainly on appreciating your body for what it can do, rather than what it looks like.

New classes!
We have great news! We have added new HITT classes (45 min) to the schedule. Within your subscription these classes are included.


Every Monday at 17:00 and Tuesday and Thursday at 19:15. When will you join this High Intensity workout at the A’dam Tower in the Forbidden Garden?
What to expect.
A great view of the city, fresh air, some shelter when it rains and a nice sweat after a long day at the office…what more could you want!
We will be working with kettlebells, dumbbells, elastic bands, mats, battle-ropes and much more. It’s a full body workout not to be missed!

We always meet at the hotel reception above The Butcher restaurant. Bring fitness shoes, extra layers of clothing if needed and water. All levels are welcome. See you soon!

New booking system

We are working on a new booking system behind the scenes. This booking system will be a lot clearer than the current system. Through the app you can easily and quickly book Personal Training sessions, view appointments and check your training schedule.

More about this soon and of course you can count on the service you are used to from us.

Dear Fresh member,

We have added another great trainer to our team! Lindsay will be working on Monday evenings in the ADAM Tower, very nice that we have another woman on our team in the ADAM Tower.

We have a nice present: you can join the Outdoor Fun class with Lindsay for free every Monday from 5-6pm if you do personal training with us in the ADAM Tower. Everyone who joins will be challenged at his/her own level.

Do you know someone who would like to follow personal training at one of the most beautiful locations in Amsterdam North? We still have a few spots available on Monday afternoon and evening and on a few weekday mornings and afternoons.

We also have a kickboxing trainer Melanie who is present in Noord on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. She gives private boxing lessons then, so if you would like to do that alone or with someone else, let us know! Then we can see if we can find a time so you can work out together.

Lindsay already works as a personal trainer at our location in the Pijp area, but now she will also work on Monday evenings in the ADAM Tower!

Everyone who attends personal training in the ADAM Tower can join her outdoor fun class on Monday evenings from 5-6pm. You can just come by, you don’t have to sign up.

Before and after her class she is available to give personal training, so do you know someone else? Let us know soon, because full = full.


Melanie has been in the ring for many years. Last March 26th she won in the Ring during Enfusion Live.

She will bring your physical and mental strength to a higher level. She knows exactly how to focus on core strength, conditioning, power and speed. You will definitely enjoy a great workout!
